The channel, which started this fall, covers varsity sporting events for numerous Eagle sports teams and the live video streams will be free to watch via computer, tablet, smart phone, and smart tv.

For Smart TVs, download the team1sports app. Click High Schools. Go to Kansas then search Silver Lake Channel.
The Silver Lake Channel is a team-up with MSC Radio Group and Wade Gerstner, the owner and G/M.
"Silver Lake students will be highly involved, ranging from running a camera, creating graphics, operating our scoreboard/laptop, etc," Gerstner said. "We want this to be a terrific learning experience for students and could lead to opportunities for them in the profession down the line."
The MSC Radio Group has been video streaming live game broadcasts since 2013. The Silver Lake Channel is the 5th video channel the local company has established, joining the Hiawatha Channel, Holton Channel, Sabetha Channel, and the Cobra Channel (Jackson Heights).
