Grading for Budget Challenge

You will be graded weekly on your real world ready, engagement, and for the quizzes you take.  If you don’t take a quiz before it closes, then you will get a zero for that quiz.  Quizzes are open for a week.  Simulation is from Jan. 14 to March 24.  Grades will be input every Friday.  The first week you will get points for having all your selections made by the start of the simulation.

Real World Ready Grade (10 pts)

> than 85%  (you will be in green)  10/10

between 65%-85% (you will be in yellow)  8/10

< than 65% (you will be in red)  6/10

Quizzes  (10 pts)

Score > 80%  10/10

Score is between 70-80%  8/10

Score is between 60-70% 7/10

Score is < 60%  6/10

Engagement grade (10 pts)

Engaged > 80%  10/10

Engaged between 70-80%  8/10

Engaged between 60-70%  7/10

Engaged < 60%  6/10

The winner of our classroom budget challenge will receive 30 extra credit points, 2nd place gets 20 extra credit points, and 3rd place gets 10 extra credit points.
