Nine students commit to Washburn Tech

Nine students sign with Washburn Tech

More than 500 prospective students committed to attend Washburn Tech next fall as part of a National Technical Letter of Intent Signing Day. Nine Eagle students signed today and will be attending Washburn Tech in the fall.

Governor Sam Brownback and business and industry leaders joined family and friends to congratulate the recruits on their decision to pursue a technical education.

Those students included Devin Greeve, computer repair and networking; Joey Clark, diesel tech; Chris Anderson, automotive service technician; Cade McMillan, building technology; Chelsea Miller, early childhood; Ashley Martinek, health care technology; Jessica Boyden, early childhood; Kevin Juedes, building tech; and Payton Gillen, health care technology.
